Khurrum Wahid is the Co-Chairperson of eMgage Foundation Inc., a 501c(4) that seeks to engage, educate and empower Muslim, South Asian and Arab American (MASA) communities through educational events, voter initiatives, and leadership development for the purpose of creating a community of equitable, knowledgeable and motivated citizens.
It is the first American Muslim lobbying organization of its kind.
The foundation has three programs that help fulfill this mission: Voter education, get out the vote, and leadership development. eMgage uses data to target voters around issues they care most abo.
Khurrum also sits as the Chair of eMgage Action, a political advocacy organization with a connected Political Action Committee. eMgage Action Emgage Action is the American Muslim community’s first issue advocacy organization. We seek to mobilize American Muslims to advocate for legislation and policies that define what we stand for. The PAC supports local, state and federal candidates based on their support for civil rights, minority rights and a diverse America where underrepresented communities are seen as a part of the social fabric of our nation.
